The brief
A show flat for the Keppel CT apartment development in Kotahena. The task was to give prospective buyers something tangible. Every finish, every joint, every piece of joinery had to read as final. We worked closely with the Keppel team from Singapore on the brief.

The site
The show flat was executed in three months under WTC site rules during the main building construction. The tight timeline and the construction-zone access were the project, more than the design itself.
Outcome
The sample items used in the build became the finished pieces, which was the cleanest possible end to a project with very little time to make mistakes. Alongside the show flat, we fitted out the Keppel CT back office in the West Tower of the World Trade Centre.
