Design Republic (“we”, “us”) is an architecture and interior design practice based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. This page explains what personal data this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is short because the site collects very little.

What we collect

• When you contact us. If you email or call using the details on this site, we receive what you choose to share — your name, contact details, and the content of your message — so that we can reply.
• Server logs. Our host (Vercel) automatically records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in order to serve and secure the site.

Cookies

This website sets no first-party tracking or analytics cookies, and we do not use any third-party analytics. We do not embed third-party content that would track you across sites.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiries and to operate, maintain, and secure this website. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service that runs this site: Vercel (hosting), which handles data under its own terms.

Your rights

Subject to Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 — and the GDPR where it applies to you — you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to our use of it. To make a request, email us at the address below.
